Olive's is tucked away off the petite streets of St. Ives. It was a stones throw away from our guesthouse, and we were craving some tea & scones in the afternoon. We had a table outside, but you go upstairs to make your order, met by pleasant staff we ordered a large pot of tea and a selection of fruit & blueberry scones with thick cornsh cream and sweet and tasty jam. The scones were served warm and cooked beautifully, layered with the cream & Jam it was a really tasty, great texture & taste. They had a selection of other patisserie, cake's and biscuit selection. Lovely little cafe tucked away. I highly recommend this place.

We visited for afternoon tea and sat on a lovely balcony table outside the cafe. We had freshly baked scones with jam and clotted cream and they were absolutely delicious. I opted for the blueberry scone and my partner had a traditional fruit one. They were generous in size and the coffees we chose were high quality and oat milk was available. There was a lovely relaxed atmosphere and staff were really friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back.

This is the BEST cream tea in St Ives. It was recommended by the lady running the boat trips and she wasn't wrong. Beautiful fluffy Scones (variety of choices) which are easily big enough and delicious. AND they have various other choices for the doubtful 7 year old who isn't sure about a Cream Tea and just wants a hot chocolate with a slice of Tiffin.... I was tempted to double up and have one of those too they looked so nice. Great staff and service too. And the location is perfect - on a quiet little street set back from the hustle and bustle. This place is in a league above everything else on all fronts.

Lovely cafe with the best cream tea in St Ives! The blueberry scones are particularly delicious so definitely give them a try! The staff are really lovely and the cafe is very pretty and slightly off the beaten track so a lovely way to escape the busyness of the front. They also do takeaway if you want to enjoy your scones on the beach
